Co-Founder & Registered Occupational Therapist
Jenna Conti is a Rotorua-raised Occupational Therapist who specializes in the "now what?" phase of health. With a diverse clinical background—spanning acute hospital settings, community care, and primary health as both an OT and a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP)—Jenna bridges the gap between medical data and real-life daily living.
Applying Health to Life Jenna’s experience across the full spectrum of healthcare has taught her that a health transition is never just physical. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, a recent scan result, or a physical setback, she helps you translate that medical information into a practical way forward. Jenna’s expertise is in finding that fine line between staying safe and staying yourself—ensuring that while you manage new physical transitions, you also uphold your quality and meaning of life.
Open Ears, Practical Progress Beyond physical health, Jenna’s door is always open to discuss whatever is "on top" for you right now. Her background in primary mental health means she is equally comfortable navigating anxiety, relationship issues, parenting struggles, or depression. Her approach is non-judgmental and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Sensory Modulation. She focuses on the practical reality of your day-to-day: “How do we move forward from here?”
Therapy That Fits Your Life Jenna believes therapy should be as flexible as the people she works with. She offers a range of environments for her sessions, from traditional clinic settings to "walk and talk" sessions in the forest. Her goal is to help you build a life that is sustainable, vibrant, and aligned with what matters most to you.
Clinical Background & Qualifications:
Registered Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) from AUT.
Therapeutic Expertise: Strong training and experience utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Extensive clinical experience across community health, primary care (HIP), inpatient rehabilitation, and disability support.
Deeply in love with Rotorua, Jenna spends her free time exploring the forests, lakes, and beaches with her family. At home, she balances the busyness of life by reading, crafting, and—with plenty of enthusiasm and trial-and-error—trying her best to build a thriving family, home and garden.
